Even though Shinjuku is more of a business district, there is over 300 000 Tokyoite living in this ward, which makes the residential area very vast!

I never get tired of the view from my roof, but if anyone know some other accessible roof around Tokyo, leave a comment or send me an email.

Just a random portrait I took at Shinjuku Station. I really like what she was wearing and the very calm look on her face.

This is the coolest tilt shift movie of Tokyo I ever seen. Movie made by mockmoon : http://mockmoon.sblo.jp and the music by vividblaze: http://www.vividblaze.com
So I went on the roof of my apartment last night to take a few shoot. Since it was freezing cold ( 10˚C is freezing cold for Tokyo! ) I’ve bracket every shoot I took to be sure I had one on the right exposure. Then, they all end up pretty well exposed, so I decided to post-process all my shoot into HDR, but I’ve try to stay very subtle and not pushing all the slider to the max. Anyway, tell me which is your favourite!
Shinjuku Skyscraper District is basically nine block perfectly align with not many restaurants or shops. Only hotel and office building. It very small and I would not walk trough it so often if it wasn’t right between Shinjuku station and my place. Very clean and nice spot though, just not much to do here.
