A young Japanese girl university student is taking a nap in the grass just outside the school. It was sweating hot outside I don’t know how she could stay there in the sun without dying of a heat stroke. Is it a hot summer now in your country or are you enjoying something more mild than Tokyo?

    Guess when you are that tired, heat doesn't matter. It's raining in Texas now, but summer is definitely here. We've been in the high 90's with a wicked heat index that makes it feel like 100+. What a peaceful picture! :)

    That is a really sweet shot – I love the cat-like urgency of a good nap that the Japanese have. Anyplace, anytime, just to grab those 50 winks.

    Been much worse weather in NYC compared to Tokyo, but there's been some slight respite this week. Looks like Tokyo is up for some stormy hot days!

    I love it how she can safely do that, without much worries of having her stuff get stolen. If you do that here, your lucky if you don't get it stolen.

    Oh my no, in the East Coast of the US it is scorching out! Too hot for me (mid-90s to high 90s it seems everyday).
